Welcome to Aluna. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account, and you must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.

Content. Authors keep ownership of the work they publish and grant Aluna a license to host and display it. Do not post unlawful material or work you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use. You also agree to our Content Policy: original work only, no sexually explicit content, and nothing illegal. We may flag, remove, or refuse content and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Protection of minors. Aluna has zero tolerance for content that sexualizes minors in any form - written, drawn, or otherwise, including material described as lolicon or shotacon - and for grooming or any predatory conduct toward minors on or through the platform. Such content or behavior results in immediate removal and permanent account termination, and is reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it.

Payments. All payments on Aluna are made in Bitcoin, directly from the buyer's own wallet to the seller's own wallet. Aluna is non-custodial by design: it never holds, routes, or takes custody of your funds. Purchases are one-time on-chain payments - nothing renews automatically and you are never charged without acting. See our Refunds and Cancellations policy for details.

Author earnings and our fee. When a reader buys from an author - a paid book, a fanclub, or a Market item - the payment goes straight to that author's own Bitcoin wallet; Aluna never touches it. For providing the platform, Aluna charges the author a service fee of 15% of each sale, shown as a line item at checkout and billed to the author separately. Optional paid author plans are also available. Aluna never deducts a cut from money in flight, because it is never in the flow of your funds.

Where Aluna lives. Aluna is a website only, at aluna.ink. We have no app in any app store, and we will never ask you to pay through an app or to send Bitcoin anywhere other than the address shown on aluna.ink itself. Anything claiming to be an Aluna app is not ours.

Service. Aluna is provided as is, without warranty. We may change the service or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
