Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Aluna collects and how we use it.

What we collect. The username you choose when you sign up, the content you publish, and basic technical data such as your IP address, which we use to keep the service secure and prevent abuse. We do not ask for your email address, real name, or any card or bank details to create an account.

Payments. Payments are made in Bitcoin, directly from your own wallet to the author's. Aluna is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, never takes custody of anyone's coins, and never sees a card or bank number. For each purchase we store only the invoice, the Bitcoin address we generated for it, the amount, and the transaction id once it confirms - never any banking identity. Purchases are one-time on-chain payments; nothing auto-renews.

Your payment records. Because every purchase is written to a verifiable ledger, you can request a full export of your payment history at any time - useful for your own tax records. Email aluna.ink.com@gmail.com.

How we use it. To run your account, display your content, process payments and author payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer your messages.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with our service providers, or when the law requires it.

Your choices. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and you can email aluna.ink.com@gmail.com to access or delete your account information. Deleting your account (Dashboard - Delete account) permanently erases your account and everything you posted - stories, comments, reviews, forum posts and profile data. Commercial transaction records (payments, paid ads) are kept as required for accounting, and server logs and backups expire on rotation.
