Refunds and Cancellations

Subscriptions. Reader plans, paid books, and fanclub memberships are paid in Bitcoin as a one-time payment for each period. Nothing auto-renews and you are never charged automatically; when a period ends you simply choose whether to pay again.

Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable, because you keep access for the period you paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.

If we remove content you paid for. If a paid book or fanclub you subscribe to is removed by us or by its author, we cancel that subscription so you are not billed again, and we may credit or refund the current period at our discretion.
